Range 1.2 mode of operation, purpose, aesthetics, value. Appliances are matched to customers in accordance with their requirements. Range may include but is not limited – installation requirements, reticulated gas, cylinder gas, residential, commercial, service provider. Element 2 Identify customer requirements for gas appliance parts, accessories and servicing, and match to customer requirements. Performance criteria 2.1 The requirements of the customer are identified in terms of gas parts and accessories. Range 2.2 may include but is not limited – mode of operation, purpose, availability, conversion, controllers, outdoor appliances. Gas appliance service providers are matched to customers in terms of their requirements. Range may include but is not limited – appliance manufacturer, spare parts retailers, service agents, installers. New Zealand Qualifications Authority 2016 25519 version 1 Page 3 of 3 Please note Providers must be accredited by NZQA, or an inter-institutional body with delegated authority for quality assurance, before they can report credits from assessment against unit standards or deliver courses of study leading to that assessment. Industry Training Organisations must be accredited by NZQA before they can register credits from assessment against unit standards. Accredited providers and Industry Training Organisations assessing against unit standards must engage with the moderation system that applies to those standards.
