Definitions

1.1
The reason for adjustment is identified in accordance with company procedures.

Required adjustment is identified in accordance with manufacturer’s operating
manual.

Remaining adjustment is checked in accordance with machine operating
records.

Immobilise crushing plant for extractive industries.
Evidence requirements
2.1
Lock-out system is engaged, switches are tagged, work area is cleaned and
procedures are communicated.
2.2
Safety equipment is worn and proper tools are used in accordance with industry
best practice.
