Definitions
Organisational procedures refer to instructions to staff on policy and procedures
which are formally documented, or generally accepted within the workplace.
Point of sale refers to place and equipment where customer payments are received.

consumables may include but are not limited to – transaction slips,
cartridges, ribbons, rolls, receipt tapes, stationery, packaging
materials.

accordance with organisational procedures.

Security procedures are followed in accordance with organisational procedures.

Payments and documentation are stored securely in accordance with
organisational procedures.
