People credited with this unit standard are able to: prepare
automatic bag loading equipment; load and reload bags in bag
loading equipment during meat processing operations; and
comply with organisational and statutory hygiene and safety
requirements.
This unit standard is for people who are required to operate
automatic bag loader equipment during meat processing
operations.

instructions and organisational requirements.

Any faults identified during pre-operational checks are reported and recorded in
accordance with organisational requirements.

Operator methods do not damage bag retaining lines.
