Evidence requirements 1.1 Runners ready for salting are identified in accordance with organisational requirements. 1.2 Hanks and knots are stripped of excess moisture and salted over their entire length to company specifications. 1.3 Salted hanks and knots are handled, identified and packed in accordance with company and customer specifications. 1.4 Containers of salted hanks and knots are handled, stored and dispatched in accordance with company and customer specifications. Outcome 2 Demonstrate team-work.
