Evidence requirements 1.1 Forehearth is heated from furnace rebuild in accordance with enterprise procedures. Range 1.5 evidence for this assessment may be simulated Forehearth cooling mechanisms are set up to maintain forehearth temperature in accordance with enterprise procedures. Range centreline and bottom cooling mechanisms 1.6 Burner cleaning procedure is completed in accordance with enterprise procedures. 1.7 Forehearth operation is monitored and adjusted against set point data loaded into the glass conditioning system from previous job in accordance with enterprise procedures.
