Definition Different sets of relationships refers to those identified by Section 4 (2) of the ERA. Outcomes and evidence requirements Outcome 1 Demonstrate knowledge of the concept of good faith as applied in the workplace. Evidence requirements 1.1 The good faith provisions of the ERA are identified. Possible breaches of good faith, and ways of avoiding the breaches, within a particular worksite are identified and explained.
