Evidence requirements
1.1
From a range of at least three workplace issues, one is selected to be used in
an organising programme, and the reasons for the choice are explained.
Range
may include but not limited to – level of employee support, depth
of feeling about the issue, achievability.

Outcome 2
Identify options for organising around the selected workplace issue.
Evidence requirements
2.1
Options that will build support from co-workers, arguments that support change
and ways to build collectivity are identified.
