Narrative Report Administrative Unit Mission Statement Organizational Chart Delineation of Functions Major Accomplishments Assessment Administrative Unit Outcomes (AUOs) and Program Improvement Objectives (PIOs) Resource Needs (for NEW resources) Goal Setting and Planning via AUOs and PIOs Administrative Unit Outcomes (AUOs) state what the unit intends to accomplish in the next three years Program Improvement Objectives (PIOs) indicates the activities that will be completed in support of the AUO. Assessment of the AUOs and PIOs will occur in subsequent years via the Annual Program Updates and the next Program Review (full cycle of 3 years) Brief Summary Expanded emphasis on delineation of functions, planning (via AUOs and PIOs) and assessment of outcomes.
