Monthly Updates
At the September 23, 2011 Planning and Budgeting Council meeting, the Council made a request
that on a monthly basis the Council be provided an update on actions and important topics that were
addressed or discussed at your Committee meetings.
If a member or recorder/facilitator of your committee is a member of the Council, you may chose to
designate that individual to provide the monthly report to the Council. If no one from your
Committee is on the Council, you may choose to either send a memo or e-mail with update
information.
