Elements and performance criteria Element 1 Complete documentation as a courier operator. Performance criteria 1.1 Documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with operational requirements. Range run sheets, cash sale dockets, legal proof of delivery; may include but is not limited to – airport consignment notes, weighbills, transfer documentation, passing over. Element 2 Carry out electronic information processing as a courier operator. Performance criteria 2.1 Electronic information processing for consignments is carried out on a courier company’s system/s in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with operational requirements. Range electronic information processing includes but is not limited to data transfer between vehicle and base. Please note Providers must be accredited by NZQA, or an inter-institutional body with delegated authority for quality assurance, before they can report credits from assessment against unit standards or deliver courses of study leading to that assessment. Industry Training Organisations must be accredited by NZQA before they can register credits from assessment against unit standards.
