MATH 1325

Text is Lial-Greenwell-Ritchey, Calculus with Applications. Each homework section is due on or before the day of the exam over that section. Late/incomplete homework gets reduced credit. Deadline for end-of-term work is the last class day before the final exam.
To maximize your homework credit, please attach papers for the same section, not different sections. Please hand in homework and daily problems separately. To avoid
“lost” papers, please put name on each sheet.
Lowest course test grade (not final exam) will be dropped. There will be no makeup exam or early-bird exams. Date/time of final exam is Wednesday December 10.
There will be no “early bird” or makeup final exam.
For E=course test average, H=homework average, D=daily average, and F=final exam score, the course percentage C=.40E+.20H+.15D+.25F. To determine the final grade, course percentage will be compared to this scale:
A: 90%-100%
B: 80%-89%
C: 70%-79%
D: 60%-69%
F: 0%-59%
With this system, a score of 100 on every test and the final exam, combined with 0 on homework and daily work, yields a course percentage of 65% (D).
