Abstract: 35-word limit. The abstract should summarize the contribution and contain
the relevant key words.
This document reflects the style guide for conference submissions, provided for the
sake of uniformity. The target length is one page. Please do not use page numbers.
Please use 12-point Times New Roman for the body text. Contributions will be printed
on US Letter paper: 8.5 in by 11 in (21.6 cm by 27.9 cm). Please use US Letter format
with 1-in (2.5cm) margins on the top and bottom and 1.25-in (3.2 cm) margins on the
sides.
Indent the first line of each paragraph by 0.25 in (0.63 cm). Justify the text at both
right and left margins. Insert a 12-point space after the title, author email, the abstract,
and each paragraph.

Figures or tables may be embedded in the text. No part of a figure or caption should
extend beyond the typing area. Figure captions can be centred beneath figures or placed
to the left side, in 10- point font. Equations that are not embedded in the text should
receive an equation number, in parentheses right justified.

References should be included at the end of the contribution, in a 10-point style, and
aligned left. Within the main text, references should be designated by a number in
brackets [1]. Two references use a comma [1,2] and more use a dash [1–3].
