Criterion & Topic: CR 10A Student handbooks and codes of conduct

Rating: Partially Implemented

Department CPR Finding: A review of documentation indicates that the district’s student handbooks omit procedures for the discipline of students not yet eligible for special education.

Narrative Description of Corrective Action: The student handbook has been changed to reflect procedures for the discipline of students not yet eligible for special education. Handbook changes will be voted on by Board of Trustees on 4/14/2010 at the scheduled board meeting.
