BODY SYSTEMS BOOKLET PROJECT
Due Friday, February 6th
-This is a Major Grade.
-Must be done on your computer, in a Power Point format.
-This assignment will be turned in on the HUB. More instructions will come on how to submit
this assignment.
The following must be included to receive full credit:
I. Title page, including a title, your name, class period, and teacher’s name.
II. Table of Contents: List each system, along with the corresponding page number(s). Pages must be
numbered in the bottom right corner.
III. Individual pages (11) for each of the systems listed below. Each system page should be
organized as follows: I only want 1 page for each Body System!
A. Name of system
B. Major organs found in this system and function of the organs (Minimum of 4 organs for
each system)
C. Overall function for each system.
D. One disease, disorder, or affliction associated with that system. Describe the disease that
affects your system, including symptoms and treatment options.
E. Illustration representing the system
F. Describe how this organ system interacts with at least 1 other body system. Be very
specific and make sure to include the organs that are interacting within both systems to
receive full credit.

IV. Feedback Mechanisms: Describe, with a visual representation that is labeled, 1 way your body
maintains homeostasis through feedback mechanisms.
Interactions must be in your own words! Do not copy and paste from the internet!
Also, you cannot use the same interaction more than once for different systems. For example, if
you use the circulatory system once, you cannot use it again to show an interaction with another
system, if done so in a similar context. Ask if you have any questions.
