Assessment Methods: Work with partners to characterize and find evidence to support the
assertion. Groups will share descriptions and text evidence with class.

literature on 20th and 21st century literature.

1. Read/Listen to Act 1. Scenes 4 and 5: emphasis on the Queen Mab speech and its purpose
2. Introduce Promptbook major grade (due one week from the day they receive it)
3. Freewriting activity: creating the source of the conflict.
4. Show the Zefferelli and Lurhmann introductions to both films
