Learning Activities:
Target: Students will master preterit verb conjugations. .
Students will conjugate regular verbs ar/er/ir in preterit tense. In addition to regular verbs
they will master car/gar/zar conjugations in preterit tense (irregular for yo form) and ir/ser
which have the same conjugation in preterit tense.

A random student will come to the board and
write a small paragraph in past tense using verbs
(ir/ser)

Guided practice: Story book. Students will
define/conjugate/write a sentence/ and drew a
picture related to 8 verbs chosen (preterit
tense).
Closing. A student will present his/her project to
the class.
