1) Using AutoCAD make a multiview drawing of the Stop Plate from Assignment 5
2) Sketch Isometric drawings from Sheet 19 (assignment 4) on isometric paper, Numbers
2, 5, 8, and 11. Use clay if that helps!
3) Imagine you are given a sheet of aluminum foil 12 inches by 12 inches. Your mission
is to design a boat (using only the foil) that can hold as many pennies as possible. What
are some of the important design issues to consider for this problem?
Brainstorm 3 alternative designs, then evaluate them simply using your intuition or any
other method that seems appropriate. Rank them using numbers from 1 (most favorable)
to 3 (least favorable).
