Summary Statement: State the major function(s) of the position and its role in the university. KUNR, provides policy and operations oversight for all aspects of KUNR public radio, including budgets, personnel, community and university relations, radio expansion planning, and development. The incumbent serves as the face of the radio station to the community, with an emphasis on responsibilities related to liaison with community, government and business leaders, and donor and membership development. The position works closely with on-air staff, outside consultants and other resources in the development and acquisition of programming, emphasizing community analysis. It reports to the Vice President for Information Technology. 2. List the major responsibilities, including percentage of time devoted to each.
