Directions: I will place you into groups of 4 or 5 and you will create a Power Point
presentation with slides, drawings and/or pictures to demonstrate your knowledge of
the major events of WWII. The major events are:











The Rise of Hitler
Lend Lease Program,
FDR’s role in WWII
Attack on Pearl Harbor
Japanese American Internment
D-Day
Battle of Midway
Fall of Berlin (Battle)
Role of Women at Home
The Holocaust
Positives and Negatives of developing the Atomic Bomb.
You are to describe each of these events on AT LEAST 2 slides, pictures and/or
drawings each meaning your group must have 22 or more slides in your final
presentation. You then must create either music, a poem or story to help in telling
your story of WWII. It is very important that the sound correlates to the slides.
Keep in mind to limit your writing on the slides and remember your goal is to keep your
audience interested while simultaneously demonstrating your thorough knowledge of the
WWII Era.
