Jonny Wates
Director, Wates Group Limited.
Jonny commenced his career at Grand Metropolitan (now Diageo) working in brand
marketing on the UK drinks business. He joined Wates Developments in 1995 and was
their Sales & Marketing Director from 1997. Jonny held the position of Wates Group
Marketing Director until 2006. He is currently a member of the Wates Group Board,
Director of Gambado Ltd, Director of Kempton Park Racecourse.
Jonny is the Founder Chairman of Myriad CEG a leading provider of onsite renewable
energy solutions www.myriadCEG.com.
He is also, a trustee of the Wates Family Enterprise Trust, the William Wates Memorial
Trust and a Governor of Cranleigh School. Jonny has an MBA from Cranfield University.
