Simon Parke Work support consultant and therapist Simon is a graduate of Oxford University, where he studied history, and is now an author and therapist. He wrote the ever-popular One-Minute Mindfulness and was a weekly columnist for the Daily Mail for four years on issues of psychological well-being. Alongside his private work, Simon provides work support and consultancy for social workers, NHS staff and employees in various companies including the recruitment business MRL, and the banks ABN AMRO and Mitzuo. In a previous life, Simon wrote for the satirical ‘Spitting Image’ and was a priest in the Anglican church for twenty years, before leaving for freelance adventures. Simon is lead trainer for the Mind Clinic which takes therapy into the work place. He is committed to the promotion of mental health both through his writings and through seminars, workshops, retreats and one-to-one meetings.
