Q. How can I enable the Call Pickup feature?
A.
Configuring Call Pickup on SPA−941/942
Step 1:
Dial "*36" and wait for Enter Pick up number message on the LCD screen of the remote
phone.
Step 2:
Dial the EXT number of the phone that is ringing. The number should display on the LCD
screen of the remote phone.
Step 3:
Once you see the EXT number on the LCD screen, press the dial soft key. You will now be
able to pick up the call from another extension.
Note: The phone will stop ringing once you pick up the call.
