Q. How does Call Pick Up work in SPA922?
A.
Bob will dials Ben's extension, 200. Ben's phone will ring, if Dave knows Ben's extension, he can pick up the
call and answer Bob. Follow the steps below for instructions.
Step 1:
Dial "*36" or click on the Pick up key on the LCD, then wait for Enter Pick up number
message on the LCD screen of the remote phone.
Step 2:
In the example above, Dave should dial the EXT number of the phone that is ringing, which
is Ben's phone, extension 200. The number should display on the LCD screen of the remote
phone.
Step 3:
Once you see the EXT number on the LCD screen, press the dial soft key. You will now be
able to pick up the call from another extension.
Note: The phone will stop ringing once you pick up the call.
