Release IBM Notes Contact Search (Windows) • Jabber lets you search for local contacts in IBM Notes (formally Lotus Notes). • Feature is enabled in the jabber- config.xml file by setting keys to true <EnableLocalAddressBookSearch> <EnableLotusNotesContactResolution> • Jabber also supports calendar integration with IBM Notes Desk Phone Video Support for Windows 10 • Desk phone enable video communication for existing desk phone. Jabber for Windows • Jabber 11.1 introduces support for Desk phone video on Windows 10 workstations. Video • Administrator must install Cisco Audio Media services to enable feature. Jabber 11.5 Release Multiple Device Messaging (MDM) • Also known as IM Carbon Copy • Allows ALL messages to be delivered to ALL logged-in clients • Notifications are synchronized; if an IM is read on one device, it shows as read on other signed-in devices • On by default in Cisco Jabber 11.5 or later • Supported only with WebEx Messenger* * Support for Unified CM IM and Presence is being planned for a next Jabber release.
