 Valentines Dance Feb 14th
 Will be a Talent Show
 Council to provide drinks at the Advent Mass – in conjunction with Blessed Teresa of Calcutta
 Flowers for Miss Sita Sills
 High School Meet and Tour for Grade 8’s Dec 6th at John Cabot
 Board donates $500 – to be used to support School Council to support local communication with parents and parental
engagement efforts. Must be spent by June 30, 3013.
Other Business
 Crossing Guard Removal, Lynn attended Traffic Council-guard will still be removed, a motion was made to have the
traffic signal considered for countdown instead of flashing hand
 If our numbers go up, we can request another assessment
 Councilor Fonseca will look into safety to see if anyone can come and speak at the school and get back to us
 Valentines – will investigate cookies to sell for kids to give to their friends
 Will have kids help make posters for the cookie sales
