Health: Physical Education: Activity #2: (K-6): Indoor Snow Option-Food/Drink Choices Activity #1: (K-6) Outdoor Snow Option – Snow Obstacle Course On a piece of paper, write down everything you eat in 1 day. Based on what eat and drink, write down which food group it belongs to. Was each food/drink healthy or not? Explain your answer in complete sentences. Attached: Food groups chart. Create a snow game obstacle course by jumping and running through/over large piles of snow and your own obstacles. At the end of the course, throw snowballs at a target.
