I want to thank our Room Mom’s and all the volunteers that made this day so special for the children. February is National Children’s Dental Health Month. My students are so excited about their loose teeth and each morning I ask them if they brushed their teeth that day. More and more heads are starting to nod yes! The take-home folder is needed everyday in school. My helpful hint to you is to place it in your child’s backpack the night before. Check that folder everyday and take out any papers from school that day. READ, READ, READ! Make a difference and read with your child everyday. They will thank you and so will I! • Books That We Read Kisses The Day It Rained Hearts The Night Before Valentine’s Day Franklin’s Valentine Sneezy The Snowman Dog Breath Dear Tooth Fairy Arthurs Tooth Dates To Remember 2/26 - Elementary 2nd Marking Period Ends 3/10 - Early Release A.M.
