Lawmakers Move on 21st Century Cures Bill
A revised draft of the 21st Century Cures bill
was recently released by the Senate Energy and
Commerce Committee’s leaders and a Subcommittee
on Health hearing is scheduled April 30th. Among
the goals of the bill are to modernize studies,
boost NIH funding, support the development of
precision and personalized treatments for patients,
and improve data exchange among innovators,
providers, researchers and patients.
