Users arriving at the site will be prompted to log in
with the username and password provided to them
by the Business Automation Services (BAS)
AppsHelp team. If you already have been issued a
password for the Statewide Enterprise Efficiency
Projects website, it will be the same one used here.
It is extremely important that the username be in
the format shown here:
DMS\username
If there are any other domain names before the
slash, they must be changed to DMS.
The backslash ( \ ) key is usually located just above
the ‘enter’ key on standard keyboards.
Another way to remember the difference is that it is
the opposite slash (forward slash: / ) from the one
located in the website URL address.
For security reasons, usernames and passwords are
sent in two separate email messages from the BAS
helpdesk.
Currently, users are unable to reset their own passwords – if a
user is locked out of their account, please contact the BAS
team (appshelp@mydmsservices.com) for assistance.
Be sure to include in the message title: “PAW Projects Site”.
Information, tips and user guides can be found on the PAW Wiki.
The ‘Contract Review roster’ is an overview
of how many contracts each agency has
active or completed.
Listed here are the four Financial Outcome lists that will be used for
reporting purposes.
PAW team announcements and important alerts will be posted here.
The Contract Review Tracking page is maintained by agency
personnel to shows an overview of how many contracts are
started, completed or still in process.
To edit the appropriate Agency/Department log, mouse over
the name, click the dropdown arrow and then click ‘Edit Item’.
All fields are required, so please be sure to have all the
information ready before updated this page.
Simply click ‘Ok’ when finished and the front display will
update to show the new information.
After choosing a Financial Outcome on the PAW home page, a
list of all existing reports of that type will be displayed and
sorted by Agency.
To create a new item in a document library, click the “New”
button on the library toolbar.
Specific item details can be revealed by expanding the
collapsed row, simply click on the + or – beside the item’s title.

itself and not a specific item.

Document Library screen and save/display them in an excel
workbook.

‘news feed’ style publication.
Alert Me – sets up notice alerts for SharePoint to send an email
message based on user selected criteria, including if files are
updated/added or deleted.
To edit an Outcome listing, simply mouse over the contract name and
click the dropdown arrow that appears at the right side of the column.
The resulting menu will show a number of choices and commands
that will directly effect the contract entry.
Selecting ‘Edit’ will bring up the list of fields for that
particular contract entry.
The vast majority of these fields can be edited, however
the ‘Comments’ field will not allow changes to previously
saved text.
When editing is complete, simply click ‘Ok’.
The PAW Wiki contains information about
participating agencies and other key program data.
A Calendar is included for the Workgroup to keep track
of important events such as meetings or deadlines.
Creating a new Calendar item will bring up the form below.
If necessary, a single attachment can be added by using the ‘Attach File’ command.
When finished filling out the necessary
fields, click ‘Ok’ at either the top or
bottom of the form to save the entry.
Project members can view most of the ‘public’
information for all projects; however, members can only
modify items in the project area they are assigned.
If you should end up on the general Statewide
Enterprise Efficiency Initiative home page, there are
several ways to return to the PAW sub site, including the
left navigation bar and the top
‘Enterprise Projects’ dropdown tab.
Names, phone numbers and email addresses of project
members are available throughout the site.
Team members are responsible for content regarding
their assigned projects and should be contacted with
any questions pertaining to that information.
