Resolution 7.07 Subject: Resolution to Establish Enrollment Management Team Shared Governance Committee Date: May 8, 2007 Mover: Jennifer Fellguth Second: Division/Department: Academic Senate President Passed: WHEREAS the evaluation team that visited Hartnell College in March 2007 expressed concerns about declining enrollment and recommended the creation of a long range enrollment management effort; and, WHEREAS the existing Enrollment Management Team has requested recognition of its transition from an Ad Hoc to Shared Governance Committee status and has submitted documentation outlining the committee’s function, outcomes/products, membership composition, meeting schedule, and decision making protocol, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Hartnell College Academic Senate approves the creation of an Enrollment Management Team Shared Governance Committee as described in the attached document and directs the HCAS President to forward a copy of this document and resolution to the HC President/Superintendent and HC Board of Trustees.
