Program effectiveness and efficiency was reviewed to implement changes for continuous improvement. The objective is to expand the number of Link Crew related activities. We saw evidence that incoming grade 9 students seemed to enter the school with less anxiety and a greater sense of comfort. We will attempt to have ten students represent our community in Nicaragua in 2011-12.
