Does this sound like you? “I worry about things.” “When I worry I get a funny feeling in my stomach.” “I’m afraid I will make a fool of myself in front of other people.” “I worry that something awful will happen to me or my family.” “Sometimes I feel nervous or afraid about going to school in the mornings.” “I feel afraid if I have to talk in front of my class.” If worrying is affecting your life more than you would like and you want to do something about it, then here is something that may help! What: A group for students at Loyola who want to worry less. Where: In the conference room in the Guidance Department. When: Once a week, Tuesdays.
