Medication Guidelines
All medication must be kept and taken in the nurse’sfront office. The school will not provide any type of
medication to students. All prescription and nonprescription medication must be in the original container
and must be labeled with the student’s name, type of
medication, amount/time to be taken. Policy requires that
a medical authorization form be completed and on file at
the school for the student.
In the event students become ill at school, the school
nurse or other office personnel will call their
parents/guardians to pick them up.
