ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Create and manage social media master calendar (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.) · Write content within guidelines for social media posts and promotions. Create social media based consumer targeted posts as needed. Create and manage social media guidelines (Do’s and Don’ts) · Complete weekly and monthly analytics reports for each social media platform. · Track news outlets daily for interesting/industry-­‐related articles to share with target audience. Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. · Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns. · Conduct keyword searches for WP Rawl brands daily (WP Rawl, Nature’s Greens, Versatile Veggies, etc.). · Read marketing blogs weekly for news/advice on the latest trends and practices. · Develop, in conjunction with sales and marketing, seasonal promotions and campaigns for each social media platform and tie into overall yearly marketing strategies. · Capture and edit photos and/or footage for promotional use. · Create infographics and designs for promotional use on social media platforms. · Manage archive of photos and design elements. · Respond to customer feedback on social media platforms; bring complaints to Quality Assurance team or the respective department, also follow back up with QA to ensure that complaints are resolved. · Adhere to and update branding guide as needed. · Work closely with the Marketing/Public Relations Coordinator in assisting with and attending planned upcoming events, helping to organize and promote in various social media platforms. · Assist with website updates and content · Demonstrate ability to map out Social Media marketing strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics. · Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly. · Other duties as assigned. This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media. · Computers and Electronics — Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
