How to View Tegrity Videos in Explorer
If you are trying to access a page in
Canvas and you receive this
warning at the bottom of your
webpage, click “Show all content.”
You may need to refresh the page
before the content will appear.
This will display the Tegrity videos if an instructor embedded the video in a Canvas page,
however, some videos will open in a separate window, which means Explorer might attempt
to block the pop-up. If this happens:
You might see an off-white alert on your address bar, telling you a pop-up window is being blocked. Click
on alert and select “Always allow pop-ups from this site.” You may need to refresh the page before the
content will appear. Choosing this option will allow pop-ups from the selected website from now on, so
you shouldn’t have to repeat this process again.
