Riteks Construction Products Position: Technical Sales Representative Location: Houston, TX Industry: Sales / Business Development Position type: Full Time Looking for a passionate sales professional to position our brand as the best choice for construction projects and help customers meet their construction challenges through promoting our products and increasing product mix optimization. This position provides support to existing customers including new product initiation, technical sales and testing. This position will sustain customer relationships and support newly acquired accounts including dispenser maintenance. This position implements and complies with Company initiatives, policies, and procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: o Product upsell, product mix optimization, new product introduction and increasing revenue through assigned existing accounts. o Product and technical support to existing customers through mix design, troubleshooting and field QA/QC o Supporting new product initiation, technical sales and testing for new customers. o Performing dispenser repair and maintenance. o Maintaining customer relationships at assigned accounts. o Maintaining leadership in local industry organizations o Integration and support of newly acquired accounts. o Informing appropriate organizational function of competitor and market intelligence. Minimum Qualifications: o o o o o o Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4+ years of sales experience OR High School Diploma/Equivalent and minimum 5+ years of Concrete and/or Construction industry experience is required. Prior experience with concrete QA/QC preferred. Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude. Proficient computer, interpersonal and communication skills. Strong ability to excel as part of a team. Must have a valid Driver License, and be able to drive for extended periods of time.
