BUS PASS REQUEST
Sometimes students need to go home with other students or take another bus to a sitter in
our Nash busing area, or go home instead of attending Extended School Care. Notes are
required from both parents if a child is going to a friend’s home. If one note does not
come in, the office must phone the parent to receive a verbal permission. This is very
taxing and may interrupt your workday also. We recommend that you avoid this if at all
possible. You may write a note or use the sample forms below and make copies for
future use!
