using TracDat – Quick Reference
You will first need to select the Documents tab on the TracDat screen.
You have two options on this screen, you will be allowed to Add New Folder or Add New
Document. You may choose to add a new folder to help organize your files, or simply add a new
document.
If you click on Add New Folder a small screen will pop-up. You will need to enter a name for your
folder and click on Save.
If you choose to just upload your document. Click on Add New Document and small screen will popup. Browse for your file and enter a Name for the file. You may retrieve your file from your hard-drive
or flash drive. Please note that if Name is too long TracDat will give you an error message. Please
click on Save to ensure that document is uploaded. Word, Excel, or PDF files may be uploaded to
your Documents repository.
