Dear Parents and Guardians,
Once again this year Indian Lane will
be participating in a public service
project. We will be collecting toiletries
and clothing for the City Team Ministries
Organization in Chester. City Team is an
organization that houses homeless men.
There is also an alcohol and drug
rehabilitation program associated with City
Team. Each day City Team feeds the
homeless families in Chester. This is the
fifteenth year that the Indian Lane
community has been involved with City Team
and they really rely on us for
contributions. Each of our fifth grade
classes will have the opportunity to visit
City Team. They will take the donations
and have a tour of the facility.
Appropriate donations include
toiletries such as baby supplies – formula,
diapers, clothing, baby equipment, soap,
toothpaste, spray deodorant, canned goods,
powered drink mixes, new men’s underwear
and socks, and old clothing that is good
condition.
Thank you for your contributions. As
usual, Indian Lane students and parents are
the best!
