V-Rooms Virtual Data Rooms received its third annual award from Acquisition International Magazine's
Finance Awards, selecting V-Rooms as its “Most Innovative Data Room Services Provider of the Year USA.”
The magazine’s Finance Awards are based upon months of research by Internal staff, the votes of more
than 50,000 financial professionals who read the Acquisition International magazine and 55,000 other
finance professionals who voted in the poll. Awards are given based solely on merit, and are presented to
those organizations providing exceptional service over the last 12 months.
