Instructional Resources Center Setting up Documents for Poster Printing PowerPoint: 1. In PowerPoint go to the top tab ribbon and click on “Design” your left. 2. There will be a picture of a piece of paper with the words “Page Setup” underneath it click on that. 3. A window will pop-up, from there you will click on the “Custom” selection on the “Slides sized for:” drop down. 4. Then enter in the correct width and height. The standard poster measurements are 24 by 36. 5. Before you close out of the window mare sure the “Orientation of the Slides” is “Landscape”. When you are done press “OK” 6. Next go to “File: and select “Print”. After that select the “TSL Poster Printer” option under the “Printer” drop box. 7. Then right underneath the drop box select “Printer Properties”, a box will appear and at the top select the “Paper” tab. 8. For the “Paper Size” click on the drop box and select “User Defined”. When this box appears in the correct measurement of the poster again. Make sure that you place two zeros at the end of the measurement to be able to print. 9.
