1.0 Purpose
The purpose of this document is to identify the output retention standards for the report distribution system, which is
currently known as BOE.

3.0 Standard
This standard applies only to reports which are scheduled to run in BOE. The maximum number of instances of each
scheduled report retained will be limited to 10. Exceptions to this policy may be granted based on business need and
available system resources.
4.0 Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of Enterprise Applications Services is responsible for the implementation of this standard.
