Computer Tips for the End of
the Semester
1. Save your Documents! When
working on Library computers, save
your files to either your Z drive or
flash drive. Documents in the Saved
Documents folder are erased each
night or whenever a computer is
restarted.
2. Jazz up your final paper with color
images and charts. A color printer is
available in the Library. The cost is
$0.50/page. Alas, your $8.00 of free
printing cannot be used towards color
printing. Ask your librarian for
instructions on how to print in color.
3. Remember that our printers print
double sided. To print singled sided,
you need to change it manually
through the properties feature in the
print box.

Late Night at Renne Library
Need a late night study space? The
Library has got you covered. During
finals, Renne Library will be open the
following hours:
Fri., Dec. 12: 7am – 2am
Sat.-Sun., Dec. 13-14: 10am – 2am
Mon.-Thu., Dec. 15-18: 7am – 2am
More Computers Available in
Library Classroom
Are all of the computers on the 1st
and 2nd floor being used? Don’t
forget to check the Library Classroom
(in the basement of Renne Library)
for additional
computers. It is
available for student
use from Wed., Dec. 3
through Friday Dec.

Check out a Group Study Room
Working on a group project and need a place to spread out? Then check out a
group study room. Rooms are available for students working in groups of 2 or
more. Due to the popularity of the rooms, we recommend that you make a
reservation. Rooms can be checked out for 2 hours. Keys to the rooms can be
obtained at the Circulation. Just be sure to bring your ID.
