Rationale:
For all grant funded PT positions:
Upon hire, the employee will receive an offer letter that specifically states the duration of employment (start and end date). The
employee will receive notification 30 days prior to the grant ending that the grant will end and that s/he will be placed on layoff if
there are no vacancies available that the employee can be placed. An employee who has never worked in the General Fund would
NOT be able to bump into a General Fund position.
