Kenilworth/Romany storm drainage improvement project Dear Resident, October 2012 Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services and engineering consultant, Armstrong Glen, P.C., are in the planning phase of the Kenilworth/Romany Storm Drainage Improvement Project. The project boundaries are East Boulevard to the southwest, Euclid Avenue to the northwest, Berkeley Avenue and East Morehead Street to the northeast and Upper Little Sugar Creek to the southeast. The project goal is to reduce street and structure flooding by improving storm drainage infrastructure.
