Meeting highlights: • Project Manager Chad Nussman introduced the project team, summarized the history of the project and discussed the project phases including the current design phase. • Mr. Nussman summarized the scope of the improvements, identifying storm drains on a map as either new or needing to be upsized. • David Baker (City Senior Engineer) presented the proposed work on Lyndhurst Avenue, which is a resident- • driven project separate from the Kenilworth/Romany project. Mr. Baker said the 95% design plans are currently in review and construction could begin in approximately 6 to 8 months. Mr. Baker explained the purpose of the work is to construct inlets along Lyndhurst Avenue between E. Kingston Avenue and East Boulevard to help drain the flat road during storm events. A question/answer session was held. For more information or detailed meeting minutes, visit our website at stormwater.charmeck.org.
