Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services held a second public meeting on February 21 at Dilworth
United Methodist Church to review the preferred alternative for the Kenilworth/Romany Storm Drainage
Improvement Project.
Meeting highlights:
• Project Manager Chad Nussman introduced the project team and summarized the history of the project.
• Nussman discussed the selected alternative and the start of the design phase. Project limits include focusing on Carolinas Medical Center campus, the intersection of Kenilworth/Romany, the lower portion of Latta Park, and Dilworth Road East and
West near Latta Park.
• A question/answer session was held.
