Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing
at least 10 days before the scheduled Birthday
Party. A 10% service charge will be applied to
refund requests for programs/services not yet
rendered. Refunds are NOT available for withdraws done 10 days prior to the Birthday Party.

Pool Policies and Procedures


On Your Day





On arrival, the Front Desk will either lead
you to the party room or admit you to
the pool.
Party room is reserved only for specific
time scheduled.
Due to high reservation volume, party
room is available 30 minutes prior to
scheduled time for set-up.
The host family is responsible for
general clean up after their party.
Parties do not include a party host,
refrigeration, cakes, or party supplies.









Proper swimming attire is required and
subject to management approval.
Swim diapers are required for children who
are not potty-trained and can be purchased
at the front desk.
All participants must shower prior to swimming.
For children ages 5 and under, the adult to
child ratio must be 1:2 in the water assisting
with supervision. (Example: 4 children = 2
adults in the water)
Personal inflatable toys (rafts, water wings,
etc.) are NOT allowed in any Mecklenburg
County pool.
Children 6+ must use the appropriate gender
locker room or the family dressing room.
If there is lightening, the pools will close for
30 minutes from the last sighting.
The pools must close for 30 minutes after
clean up in the event of vomit or fecal
accident.
Lifejackets are available upon request.
Certified lifeguards are on duty at all times.
Immediately report any damage or concerns
about facility to staff at the Aquatic Center.
