Dining surfaces are provided, 5% but not less than 1 of seating or standing spaces must be accessible and distributed throughout the facility. The interpretation was covered in the residential meeting. If SI is marked on the appendix B but is not required then the plans should be stamped SI NOT REQUIRED by the signature stamp. SI is not required on spray fireproofing < 1000 sq ft in area. Patch and repair. A space can have more than one main entrance and this item may be used on more than one main entrance as long as all 3 items listed under 2 are met. For A,B,M and S In a condo building only the exterior walls are required to be insulated to meet the Energy Code. The walls between the units are insulated for sound. Windows opening are restricted to 4” if more than 72” above finished grade. Exception if windows or exterior guards meet ASTM 2006 or ASTM 2090 Will need to develop a new task code for insulation inspections done at the framing stage.
